Tell me what is failing.
A photo of the closet and two sentences about the symptom is enough to start. I will tell you whether it sounds like a design problem, a capacity problem or a documentation problem before anyone walks a building.

What to include
- Facility type and roughly how many square feet
- How many buildings or campuses are involved
- What is failing right now, in your own words
- Current equipment, if you know it
- Who supports it today, including if the answer is nobody
None of it has to be accurate. Half of an assessment is finding out that the inventory everyone believed was wrong.
What happens next
A conversation
Twenty minutes. I ask what changed recently, because the answer is usually the cause.
A walkthrough
On site, free, and I bring survey equipment rather than a proposal.
Written findings
Yours to keep, and yours to take to another firm if you would rather.
A quote, if there is work
Fixed scope and fixed price, phased, and approved in writing before anything is ordered.
