The problem shape
Six problems, one building
A church campus is not a floor of desks, and the pieces interact. Fixing coverage without fixing upstream capacity moves the complaint from the lobby to the livestream.
Five radio environments
A hard-ceilinged sanctuary holding a thousand phones. A lobby with concentrated foot traffic. A gym that reflects everything. Classrooms with concrete between them. A lot that still needs cameras. Each needs its own channel and power plan.
The congregation is the load
Guest wireless peaks at the same moment the stream needs upstream bandwidth. Share one uninspected uplink and the stream is what degrades, and the people who notice are the ones who are not in the room.
Streaming fails on the network first
Dropped frames usually trace to upstream contention, a switch making its own decisions about multicast, or an encoder on wireless that should have been wired. Guaranteed upstream and a wired encoder path stop the AV team from debugging someone else's layer.
Cameras near children
Entrances, hallways, the lot, and the areas around children's ministry. Coverage, retention period and who may view footage are policy decisions with technical consequences. Recording on site keeps the video on your property.
Volunteers run it on Sunday
Whoever is in the building is who fixes it, and that person usually has a day job. A system that needs a specialist stays broken until the specialist is free. I design for the team you have and train them on their own equipment.
Check-in, giving, and the office
Children's check-in stations, giving kiosks and the finance workstation should not share a broadcast domain with guest wireless and a smart thermostat. Decide where that boundary falls early, and write it down.
Safeguarding
Coverage becomes a safety question
There is no per-camera fee, no per-access-point fee and no per-door fee on this platform. The question in the room changes from how many cameras the software budget allows to how much of the campus needs to be covered.
That is a property of the licensing model. It is not a discount I am offering, and I would rather you understand the difference before you sign anything.

Sequencing
Nothing significant changes on a Saturday
Cutovers land midweek with the previous path still available. Saturday is for verification, and Sunday is for nothing at all. This is the single scheduling rule I will not negotiate, because a rollback needs daylight and a person who is awake.

Including the annex, the portable and the storage room with a switch in it.
Survey before specifying
Radio placement from measured signal and measured interference.
Stage on the bench
Configured and burned in off site, so install day is mounting and patching.
Run parallel, then cut
New alongside old where the building allows, verified before the old path is retired.
Document as I go
Diagrams, addressing, port assignments, channel plan, and credentials into a vault your leadership controls.
Train the volunteers
On your equipment, on a weeknight, until the Sunday team can do the ordinary things alone.
Multi-site
Four campuses should not mean four networks
Campuses, a school, an office and a baseyard managed as separate estates means four logins, four policies and four people who each understand one of them. One console applies the same segmentation everywhere and shows you all of it at once.

The first conversation and the on-site assessment are free, and you keep the findings in writing whether or not you hire anyone. If it becomes a project it is scoped and approved before anything is ordered.
