What is included in a design
- Site survey with measured signal, interference and airtime, per space
- Topology and addressing that is still readable in ten years
- Segmentation model by role, with the routing decisions written down
- Channel and transmit power plan, per radio, per band
- Bill of materials at supplier price with the URL and date on every line
- An implementation runbook another engineer could build from
What is deliberately excluded
- Physical cabling, conduit and mounting. A licensed contractor does that work and you engage them directly
- Help desk, endpoint management, email and user support. That is a different business and I am not in it
- Anything I cannot document well enough for you to take over

How the support plan is bounded
An open-ended retainer is how a small practice quietly goes out of business. A support plan here states four numbers, and everything outside them is quoted as project work.
How many sites
Named explicitly. A new campus is a new project, priced as one.
Which hours
Coverage window stated as real clock hours, including what after-hours means.
What counts as urgent
Severity tiers with a response target attached to each one.
What is in scope
The network I built. Redesigns and additions are quoted, never absorbed.
